We are currently seeking Serious Business Minded Women to join our Team of State Moderators! We do require that you reside in or around the state in which you Moderate. We are seeking ONLY serious women that are wanting to spend time helping the State Group become active and reach success!

 

We realize that we cannot manage all of these groups ourselves therefore, we have opened some positions up to bring women on to help us do that! We want these groups to provide our members a great place to connect with women locally, to attend events locally and more!

 

 

Requirements:

• You must reside in or around the state in which you Moderate.
• You must be willing to log in atleast once per day during Business Days (excluding weekends). In order to make sure the group is running as it should. As well as to create posts within the group to start new conversations within your group.
• Check in atleast once per week on our Private Group for State Mods
• You must watch the group for Spammers. You as the State Mod can help in making the rules and running the group as you wish (within reason). We do NOT want people joining the group simply to spam the group. So it would be your job to make sure that you do not have members that are just there to spam.
• You are willing to post useful information, events and more that pertain to your local state and area. It would be nice to see new posts daily in order to keep the interaction and interest there in the groups.
• You must join the Private State Mod group in order for us to be able to provide you with tools and information as a State Mod.
• You will promote the group and invite new members in your state and area

We wanted to provide our State Mods with some type of Compensation plan in order to reward them for the hard work of keeping the group active. This of course will be on a month to month basis as we will be monitoring the groups to make sure the position is being done as we had hoped. If we feel you do not meet the requirements of this position then you will be returned to a Free Member and we would then find someone more suitable for the position. Of course we arent expecting a rocket scientist, rather someone that cares, is focused and actually keeps the group going and moving forward!

 

If you are chosen for this position then we will manually be setting up your upgraded membership. We automatically set these up to be renewed on June 15th and December 15th of each year. This does not mean that you automatically have upgraded access up to that point. The fact is you do, unless we feel that you aren't meeting up to the requirements of the position and/or if you choose to no longer hold the position. But we will still be monitoring the positions on a month to month basis and will remove any State Mod that is not meeting the requirements for the position. We reserve the right to change your membership level at anytime if you are upgraded in exchange for your help on our website.
